OFFICE HOURS: Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 4PM. Our office is closed on weekends and national holidays.
ORDERS: We have no minimum orders. Orders may be placed online with our secure shopping cart or via USPS with an enclosed money order payment for product(s) plus S&H. Personal checks are not accepted. We will do our best to send your order out within seven business days. However, due to the nature of handcrafted products there is an occasional delay, at which time you will be notified. Our products are, at all times, made fresh and are composed of pure ingredients. Please let us know if you need your order to be expedited and we will do our best to accommodate you.
SHIPPING: We ship via UPS Ground or USPS, Priority Mail, insurance and tracking included, within the 48 contiguous US states, HI, AK, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. UPS ground takes approximately 5-7 days while USPS Priority takes approximately 2- 4 days.
CANCELED ORDERS: If your order has shipped, we can not cancel it.
RETURNS: Products that are not custom formulations or special orders may be returned for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee, up to one week after your receipt of item(s). Return orders will NOT be accepted without prior approval. You must call the office prior to return of any item(s) to obtain an RMA number which must then be written on the outside of your return package. Returned products must be in their original packaging, and in their original unused condition. We do NOT accept returns on custom formulation perfumes or other special orders. There are NO exceptions. Please sample before ordering. Items damaged or lost in shipping shall be replaced as soon as possible, dependent upon availability. If it is not available at that time, a full refund will be given after a USPS or UPS investigation is completed.
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us for an RMA number. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, at Devorah Naturals' expense. Upon receipt of the incorrect item, the correct item will be forwarded to you immediately.
VARIATIONS IN BATCH SCENT: Unlike synthetics, natural plant and flower resins, oils, absolutes and extracts can vary slightly from season to season. This is due to soil conditions, weather conditions and geographical location of growth. As a result there might be minor variations in the scent of skincare products and perfume formulations due to different batches of fragrant material. Every effort is made to maintain as much consistency as possible.
PRODUCT MEASUREMENT: All products, liquid and dry are measured by weight. Exceptions, if any, are posted to the web page on which they occur.
